Commission + Wholesale Information


How Commissions Work:

  1. Frances Waddell and the customer will discuss via e-mail or message what the customer has in mind for the piece. This includes considering subject matter, size, color scheme, and timeline for completion. Please state if there is a time frame you need the piece by and I will do my best to accomodate that time.
  2. When Step 1 is complete a deposit will be requested, being a minimum of $20 USD. This deposit is non refundable. When the deposit is received Frances Waddell will begin the piece.
  3. Frances Waddell will send the customer a sketch of the piece. This will give the customer an idea of the composition and size. At this time the customer can request cahnges to the piece. A final confirmation and a final payment are needed before beginning the next step. Once confirmation is given and payment is received no changes or refunds can be issued.
  4. A final picture of the piece can be sent to the customer per their request. The piece will be shipped to a previously discussed location. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and additoinal shipping materials. Frances Waddell is not responsible for damages occuring during shipping.

Returns are not accepted for commissioned pieces.

Wholesale Return Policy:

Items may be returned within 2 weeks from purchaser receiving order with a 10% restocking fee charged. Returns are the initial 2 week period from receiving the order are subject to an additoinal 5% restocking fee per week. Returns are only eligible for unused, undamaged, unopened (from original plastic seal) merchandise. Purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns. In the event of a seller (Frances Waddell) error the customer must notify the seller (Frances Waddell) of errors within 48 hours. After 48 hours the customer is subject to the 10% restocking fee. No returns on custom products or orders. Frances Waddell is not responsible for merchansie damaged in transit.
